The condo was in excellent condition and was not the typical short sale. Carpet, flooring, hot water heater and garage door were all newer. Each bedroom had its own adjoining bath and walk in closet. The 2 bedroom 2 bath 2-story, transitional condo both listed and sold for $92,000.
