Lincoln Property Company, the center’s new owner, has begun the pre-development leasing and marketing for the project. They are focused on new to market retailers that will set The Streets of West Chester apart and meet the needs of the surrounding community. This phase of the project begins with moving the Bass Pro Shop from Forest Fair Mall in Fairfield Ohio to its new location on Allen Road in West Chester. Next, the project will expand from the Bass Pro Shop to the pre-existing Streets of West Chester. Currently, Streets of West Chester is home to Ann Taylor LOFT, AMC West Chester 18, P.F. Changs, Ambience/Aveda Spa, Barnes and Noble and more. Groundbreaking is expected to begin in the Fall of 2015 and open in the Spring of 2016.
