Homearama 2017, luxury home show, will begin on Saturday, July 8th and will run through July 23rd. The show this year will be located in the new Rivercrest subdivision in Hamilton Township. This will be the 54th year of the home show, and the 16th time it is being held in Warren County.
Tickets for the show are $16 at the gate, or $14 at Kroger or Menards. Children 12 and under are free if accompanied by an adult.
Rivercrest is a 132 acre community with 211 single family lots (39 custom lots; 172 M/I Homes lots), overlooking the Little Miami River in the highly acclaimed Kings School District.

The park-like, winding entrance welcomes you to the beautiful neighborhood with mature trees throughout. Rivercrest subdivision features a clubhouse with a swimming pool, 50 acres of green space, a stocked pond, as well as sidewalks and street lamps for evening walks.
Five builders are participating in this year’s home show to feature the latest building trends and interior design. The builders include Drees, High Pointe Custom Homes, Justin Doyle Homes, Hensley Custom Building Group, and Wieland Builders.
Four of the five show homes have already been sold for prices averaging over $1,000,000. The homes range in price from $800,000 and up.
These traditional style of homes will start at 2,220 square feet and will be up to 3,800 square feet. The homesites are all at least 70 feet wide and have varying depths.

Homearama 2017 will feature more than two dozen special events including a classic car show, a craft beer night, wine tasting night, and more.
Homearama 2016 took place at the Oaks of West Chester.
Directions to Rivercrest: I-71 North – Take the Mason-Montgomery Road/Fields Ertel Road exit. Follow the exit to the right going towards Mason Road/Fields Ertel Road. Turn left on Mason Montgomery Road, turn right on Fields Ertel Road, turn left on Montgomery Road. Go approximately 7 miles on Montgomery Road and the entrance to Rivercrest is on the left (just on the other side of the bridge that goes over the Little Miami River).
