Eat at Arnold’s Bar and Grill – Located at 210 East 8th Street Cincinnati Ohio 45202, Arnold’s is Cincinnati’s oldest tavern.
See a play at Playhouse in the Park – One of the United States first regional theatres, located at 962 Mt Adam Circle Cincinnati Ohio 45202. Sherlock Holmes and The Adventure of the Suicide Club begins September 6th.
Shop at Findlay Market – It is Ohio’s oldest public market located in historic Over The Rhine, 1808 Race Street Cincinnati Ohio.
Enjoy Panoramic views of the city from Carew Tower’s Observation Deck – It is the second tallest building in Cincinnati at 441 Vine Street Cincinnati Ohio 45202.
Venture beneath the streets of Cincinnati on a Queen City Underground Tour. The tour begins at 1332 Vine Street Cincinnati Ohio and takes you down to a hidden burial vault and tunnels.
Watch the WEBN Fireworks down by the Ohio River. This year’s spectacular show takes place August 31st. Mark your calendars!
Cheer the Bearcats on to victory along with thousands of alumni and fans at University of Cincinnati’s Homecoming game. UC hosts long time rival Miami (Ohio) at Paul Brown Stadium on September 20th.
Ride The Banshee, Kings Island’s newest roller coaster. Kings Island amusement park is in Mason Ohio. It has more than 80 rides and attractions, including The Banshee that has 7 inversions and a speed of almost 70 mph.
Enjoy an ice cream at The Cone. Located at 6855 Tylersville Road West Chester Ohio, The Cone was voted by AOL as “One Of The Top 10 Quirkiest Places To Visit In The United States.” The unique building and activities have made the Cone a popular Cincinnati destination.

The Lowry Team Keller Williams :: 2nd Annual Taste Of Over The Rhine

The 2nd annual Taste of Over The Rhine (OTR) takes this Saturday, July 26th from 11 am – 11 pm at Washington Park in Over The Rhine. Washington Park is located at 1230 Elm Street Cincinnati Ohio 45202. Taste of OTR will feature live music, food and samples and merchandise to purchase. Some of the food vendors include Tom & Chee, Taste of Belgium, Washington Platform Saloon and Restaurant, Dojo Gelato and many more. Examples of merchandise vendors are Caricatures By Over The Line and Barbara’s Atlas Oils. Children can get their faces painted and participate in Bluegrass for Babies. Parking is available on the street or in the Washington Park Garage.

Over The Rhine is Cincinnati‘s oldest and most historic neighborhood. It is home to the largest collection of 19th century Italianate architecture. Besides being a historic district, OTR is known for its arts community. Over The Rhine was named Best Cincinnati Neighborhood by CityBeats Best Of Cincinnati 2011 and 2012.

The Lowry Team Keller Williams :: Buckle Up Music Festival

If you are not one of the lucky ones attending the sold out Jason Aldean concert at Great American Ball Park, like our Buyer Specialist Lisa Tesmer, you are still in luck! It has been brought to our attention by Darryl Smith, Buyer Specialist for The Lowry Team, that there is an entire country music festival happening downtown this weekend.

The Buckle Up Music Festival is a 3 day, 6 stage country music festival taking place July 18th-July 20th. The festival is being held at Sawyer Point/Yeatman’s Cove, 705 East Pete Rose Way Cincinnati Ohio 45202. Performers include Alabama, Willie Nelson, The Band Perry, Alison Krauss, Eli Young, Eric Paslay and many, many more. Concerts will be held from 2 pm-11:30 pm Friday and Saturday and 2:00 pm – 10:15 pm on Sunday.

The event could also be considered a food and beer festival because of the large number and variety of vendors. Sample food from C’est Cheese, Eli’s BBQ, Island Noodles and Taste of Belgium to name a few. Visit the craft beer and distillery villages and purchase souveniers from multiple vendors.

Tickets can be purchased on line or at the gate. The ticket box office opens at 1 pm each day. A one day ticket costs $69 and a three day ticket costs $154. Whether it is Jason Aldean with Miranda Lambert and Florida Georgia Line or the Buckle Up Music Festival, members of The Lowry Team are definitely going to “get their country on” this weekend!

The Lowry Team Keller Williams Foto Friday – Wake Nation Cincinnati

Wake Nation, located at 201 Joe Nuxhall Way Fairfield Ohio 45014 is the first and only cable wake park in the Tri-State area. Beginners and experienced riders can wake board, water ski, knee board or water skate on the 10 acre lake, all without a boat. The main lake can tow up to 6 riders at a time. Each person is towed by cables located high above the water through a course of sliders and rails. If a rider falls, they simply swim to the outer shore, head back to the line and go again. There is a practice pond for beginners and young riders to get started on. There is the opportunity to work one on one with an instructor and ask plenty of questions. It is recommended that beginners start with a knee board to get acclimated. At any time riders can switch to the main lake and change equipment.

Other features of Wake Nation in Fairfield include a large observation deck, pro shop and concession stand. New this year is the Aqua Glide Water Park. It is an inflatable water park that includes jungle gyms, slides, trampolines and more. Play for one hour for just $5 or all day for $14. Price includes a life vest.

Wake Nation is open on Mondays from noon – 8 pm and Tuesday through Sunday from 10 am – 8 pm. A 2 hour pass costs $30 and a rental package is $22. You may bring your own equipment to use. Season passes, group rates, birthday parties and summer camps are all available. Bring your bathing suit, a towel and a friend to Wake Nation!
