Lucas Grant joins The Lowry Team as a Buyer Specialist. Lucas has an undeniable love for the city of Cincinnati. A native, growing up on the East side of Cincinnati, Lucas learned quickly what the city of Cincinnati has to offer.

Lucas has a strong sales background in which he managed several different locations of stores across Cincinnati. He was able to network and provide sales to a number of different people and their communities. Lucas has overseen store sales, performance, staffing, and expansion.

Lucas lost his father at a young age which has inspired him to work very hard in life. Lucas was a former competitive cheerleader at Midwest Cheer Elite located in West Chester. His years cheering at Midwest sparked his love for West Chester and the surrounding area. His favorite activities are trying new things in the city of Cincinnati and staying active by going to the gym or several outdoor activities.

Grant Iseley Joins The Lowry Team, Keller Williams Realty

The Lowry Team is excited to introduce their newest team member! Grant Iseley is taking on the role of Buyer Specialist for The Lowry Team.

Grant’s outgoing, timely and servant attitude makes for a perfect Real Estate Agent. Although he grew up in California, family ties brought him back home to the Greater Cincinnati area twice yearly for Christmas and Summer. Through these visits Grant grew to love the city and its people, driving him to move East for college, attending the University of Kentucky for a degree in Hospitality.

After college, Grant and his soon to be fiance made a brief move to back LA, where Grant had his first taste of the real estate market, working for a large Real Estate Servicer as an Asset Manager and then as a Client Relations specialist, dealing directly with banks and real estate agents, on short sales, bank owned properties (REO) and auctions. Working with clients such as Auction.com, Bank of America, Nationstar, Altisource, etc.

New Kroger Marketplace Coming to West Chester

Big news for West Chester residents! A new Kroger Marketplace is headed to West Chester. The new store will be built on the southeast corner of Ohio 747 and Tylersville Road.

Plans include a 130,263 square-foot Kroger store, a fueling station, and 15,00 square feet of other retail space. The whole retail project is set to be called the Crossings of Beckett. A second phase of the development will include 63,000 square feet of retail and office space.

Many residents will be happy to hear this news as the Kroger currently located in that part of town is quite small and outdated. However, some controversy surrounds the project as it has spent the last two years undergoing court action and disagreements between developers, the township, and property owners when the trustees initially rejected the zone change. Final court approval is expected at a March 9th hearing.

Liberty Township Golf Course Sold – New Homes Moving In

Vista Verde Golf Course in Liberty Township has closed for good after the owner decided to sell. The golf course opened more than 30 years ago. The Vista Verde property is 89 acres and is located off Millikin Road, just west of 747.

The Liberty Township golf course was purchased by Welsh Development who plans to build 145 single family homes, ranging in price from $300,000 to $400,000. The homes will sit on nearly half-acre lots, with several lots being larger. They will range in size from 2,500 – 3,600 square feet. Construction is scheduled to begin this Spring.

Over the last 20 years, Welsh Development has developed several local subdivisions, including Cedarbrook, Panther Run Estates, Creekside Meadows, Lanes Landing, and Lakota Woods.
