Mark Fast is a full-time real estate professional, specializing in working with home buyers to find single family homes and condos in the Cincinnati area. Originally from Versailles, OH, Mark now resides in Madeira with his wife and daughter. He graduated in 2004 from Heidelberg University with a BA in Theatre and Communications. Prior to getting his real estate license, he worked at Playhouse in the Park and the Ensemble Theatre of Cincinnati. His hobbies include acting, watching sports, and antiquing.

Eric Lowry, CEO and Listing Specialist for The Lowry Team, was the listing agent for this short sale located at 4681 Courtyard Drive Mason Ohio 45040. The condo was in excellent condition and was not the typical short sale. Carpet, flooring, hot water heater and garage door were all newer. Each bedroom had its own adjoining bath and walk in closet. The 2 bedroom 2 bath 2-story, transitional condo both listed and sold for $92,000.
