Keller Williams RED Day (Renew, Energize and Donate) is an initiative dedicated to celebrating Keller Williams Realty’s year-round commitment to improving our local communities. Each year, on the second Thursday in May, tens of thousands of associates from across the United States and Canada participate in a wide range of projects, devoting our time to renewing and energizing aspects of the neighborhoods in which we serve.  This year the Keller Williams West Chester office will be conducting a food and clothing drive for Reach Out Lakota.  More information on Reach Out Lakota can be found on their website: www.ReachOutLakota.org

    Home and Property Values:  This section of the Tuesday Open House seems a little like a comedy show.  Just today I saw both of these headlines and reports:

    Headline: “Cincinnati metro home prices up 14.5% in 1Q”  – The National Association of Realtors   reported Tuesday that median home prices rose in Greater Cincinnati year over year during the first quarter, although they dropped from fourth-quarter 2009.  Read more: Cincinnati metro home prices up 14.5% in 1Q – Business Courier of Cincinnati:
