The Lowry Team of Keller Williams Opens a New Mega Agent Office in West Chester, Ohio. The new office is located at 8833 Cincinnati Dayton Road, Suite 201 West Chester, Ohio 45069. The office is conveniently located in the heart of Olde West Chester. The Lowry Team prides itself on being involved in the community. For example, Reach Out Lakota is an organization that they work closely with year round. The Lowry Team is very excited to be a part of the many community events and organizations in Olde West Chester.

The Lowry Team of Keller Williams Has Hired Karen Burck as Director Of Marketing and Content Creation.

The Lowry Team at Keller Williams Realty West Chester, Ohio is excited to announce that Karen Burck has been hired as a full time Director of Marketing and Content Creation. As the Director of Marketing and Content Creation, Karen will be responsible for press releases, blogging and social media for The Lowry Team of West Chester.

Karen and her husband Mike have lived in the Fairfield and Fairfield Township areas before settling down in Wyoming, Ohio. The small community and excellent school district is where they have raised their three children; Kyle, Shane and Maegan. When the kids were younger, Karen was very active in the Wyoming Newcomers Club (WNC), Junior Women’s Club (JWC) and also volunteered at Vermont Elementary and Wyoming Middle Schools. Past positions include Activities Coordinator and President of Wyoming Newcomers Club, homeroom mom at Vermont Elementary and committee member for various JWC fundraisers and community service projects such as Light Up Wyoming. Both boys graduated from Wyoming High School and are attending the University of Cincinnati. Their daughter currently attends Wyoming City Schools. In her spare time, Karen can be found watching Maegan play soccer at Joyce Park in Fairfield, Ohio.

Karen is a graduate of Butler University with a Masters Degree in Education. Prior to becoming the Director of Marketing and Content Creation for The Lowry Team of West Chester Ohio, Karen was the Director of First Impressions for Keller Williams West Chester. The resources, technology, training and culture are just some of the many qualities that she loves about Keller Williams Real Estate. She is eager to begin her new role with The Lowry Team.

Darryl has lived in Butler County, Ohio most of his life and has seen most of the farmland change to residential housing developments. He is married and has one son.

Darryl has a vast knowledge of real estate. His grandfather was a builder and he also has been involved in new home construction for the past fifteen years, having built homes in Fairfield Township, Liberty Township, and Deerfield Township. Carriage Hill Homearama 2014 In Liberty Township Ohio

Carriage Hill was ranked in 2013 as one of the top three fastest growing communities for new building permits in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area. Carriage Hill subdivision is located in Liberty Township, Ohio. The subdivision is made up of smaller “neighborhoods”: The Trails, Sycamore Point, and Oak Reserve. 2014 will see two new neighborhoods developed with 58 new homes, ranging in price from $450,000-$2.2 Million.

Carriage Hill was the location for Homearama 2013, and will again be the location for Homearama 2014. This year’s show will be held within the Oak Reserve neighborhood, showcasing 10 beautiful homes. The homes in the show range in price from $1,000,000 – $2,300,000 and range in square footage from 5,000 square feet to 12,000 square feet. The homes sit on .75 acre lots and larger. Carriage Hill sprawls over a lush landscape of 400 acres with beautiful lakes, streams and mature trees.

Homearama 2014 will take place July 12-27. The Homearama 2014 show will consist of homes built by deStefano Homes, The Leland Group, Robert Lucke Homes, M/I Homes, Justin Doyle Homes, Jack H. Most Expensive Liberty Township OH Luxury Home Sales In 2013

This past year saw the first million dollar home sale in Liberty Township in years. The home is located in Evergreen Farm Estates. It sold for $1,175,000, making it the most expensive home sold in Liberty Township in 2013. The last million dollar home sale in Liberty Township was in May of 2007 according to the Cincinnati MLS. The second most expensive home sale was in Carriage Hill, and sold for $732,500.

The Top Ten Most Expensive Home Sales in Liberty Township in 2013 were sold in a range from $585,000 – $1,175,000. The range is significantly higher compared to 2012’s range of: $471,000 – $602,975. Of these top ten home sales, 5 were in the Four Bridges Subdivision, 3 were in Carriage Hill Subdivision and 2 were not in subdivisions. Last year we saw 7 in Four Bridges, and just 1 in Carriage Hill.

Three of these home sales were new construction homes, compared to two in 2012. All of these newly built homes were sold in the Carriage Hill Subdivision which was the location for the 2013 Homearama new home show, and will also be the location again in 2014. We can expect to see more new construction homes in Carriage Hill in the top ten most expensive home sales of 2014.
