The LowryTeam.com Real Estate Trends Report for November 2013 for West Chester Ohio shows a dramatic gain in unit sales for the year when compared to the same time period of 2012. So far in 2013 there have been 778 homes and condos closed compared to 558 in 2013. This represents a gain of 39.43% in home sales.
